Snij in de lengte in 2.<br>\u2013 Snij de champignons in 2.<br>\u2013 Snij de bol knoflook horizontaal doormidden (zodat alle teentjes doormidden gesneden zijn).<br>\u2013 Snij de rode uien in ringen.<br>\u2013 Verwarm de oven voor op 200 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereiding (5 min. + 35 min. in de oven)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Wrijf een grote ovenschaal in met het opengesneden knoflook. Voeg de krielaardappelen toe en meng er de olijfolie, peper en zout onder. Leg er de halve knoflookbollen op met de snijkant naar boven. Zet 10 min. in de voorverwarmde oven.<br>2 Haal uit de oven en meng er de champignons, de rode uien en de diepgevroren paprikareepjes onder. Plaats de tomaten ertussen.
