{"id":466,"date":"2024-04-14T09:51:29","date_gmt":"2024-04-14T09:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.image-ine.be\/stoofpot\/?p=466"},"modified":"2024-04-15T13:28:08","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T13:28:08","slug":"scampi-kip-geflambeerd-met-pernod-saffraansaus-solo-open-kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.image-ine.be\/stoofpot\/scampi-kip-geflambeerd-met-pernod-saffraansaus-solo-open-kitchen\/","title":{"rendered":"SCAMPI &amp; KIP  geflambeerd met Pernod &amp; saffraansaus (Solo open kitchen)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredienten (4 pers) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 gr kippenfilet in blokjes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eetlepels Boter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sjalot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 scampi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teentje look<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 glaasje Pernod<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>culinaire room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saffraanpoeder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tomaat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eetlepels \u00a0fijngesneden bieslook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bak in een beetje Solo de kippenblokjes met het fijngesneden sjalotje bruin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haal ze uit de pan en bak dan de scampi met een fijngeplet teentje look gedurende 2 minuten gaar .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giet vervolgens de Pernod in de pan en flambeer de scampi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanneer de vlam gedoofd is, haal je de scampi uit de pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leg ze samen met de kippenblokjes in een schaal en houd warm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maak de saus door in dezelfde pan de room en de saffraan toe te voegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat even opkoken. Snij de tomaat in kleine blokjes en voeg die bij de saus samen met de bieslook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat nog een minuut sudderen.
