Pel en halveer de uien. Snij ze in fijne halve ringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3: Verhit de olie in een wok. Bak de blokjes kip in +\/- 2 min &nbsp;rondom bruin. Neem ze uit de pan en zet ze opzij. Doe de uien in de pan en roerbak 1 tot 2 min. Roer er de currypasta door. Doe er 3 tot 4 el water bij en laat 3 minuten sudderen. Doe er de tomatenblokjes en de kip bij en vermeng. Laat nog 5 min zachtjes koken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4: Maak de paprika schoon en snij het in reepjes. Pel en snipper de knoflook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5: Voeg de paprika en de knoflook toe aan de pan. Laat +\/- 10 min sudderen op een zacht vuurtje. Voeg de bloemkoolroosjes er aan toe en warm nog even op. &nbsp;Voeg peper &amp; zout toe naar smaak.
