{"id":407,"date":"2024-04-14T09:05:50","date_gmt":"2024-04-14T09:05:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.image-ine.be\/stoofpot\/?p=407"},"modified":"2024-04-20T10:58:51","modified_gmt":"2024-04-20T10:58:51","slug":"involtini-capresi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.image-ine.be\/stoofpot\/involtini-capresi\/","title":{"rendered":"Involtini Capresi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten (4 pers):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600 gr kalfslapjes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bosje verse basilicum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr zongedroogde tomaten in olijfolie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 el olijfolie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teentje knoflook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 gr gepelde tomaten in blik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 el balsamico azijn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1: sla de kalfslapjes plat en kruid met peper &amp; zout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2: hak&nbsp;het&nbsp;basilicum en de zongedroogde tomaat &nbsp;en het look teentje fijn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3: snij de mozzarella in blokjes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4: verdeel het basilicum, de mozzarella en de zongedroogde tomaten over het kalfslapje en rol het geheel op. Zet het rolletje of involtini vast met een cocktailprikker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5: Verhit 2 el olijfolie in een braadpan en bak de involtini aan (keer regelmatig om in de pan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6: Verhit de rest van de olie in een grote pan en fruit de de knoflook glazig<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7: voeg er de tomaten en de balsamico azijn er aan toe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8: Dek de pan af en laat een 10tal minuten stoven op een matig vuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9: Kruid met peper &amp; zout naar smaak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10:&nbsp;snij de involtini diagonaal en serveer met de lekkere tomatensaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serveer met lekker pasta vb linguini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smakelijk!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten (4 pers): 1: sla de kalfslapjes plat en kruid met peper &amp; zout 2: hak&nbsp;het&nbsp;basilicum en de zongedroogde tomaat &nbsp;en het look teentje fijn 3: snij de mozzarella in blokjes 4: verdeel het basilicum, de mozzarella en de zongedroogde tomaten over het kalfslapje en rol het geheel op.
