Giet af en laat uitlekken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kruid de scampi\u2019s met peper en zout en bak ze gaar in de olie tot ze roze kleuren. Haal ze uit de pan en hou warm onder aluminiumfolie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bak in dezelfde pan de ui,chilipeper \u00a0en de knoflook glazig op een zacht vuur. Voeg de kerstomaatjes en de crevetjes toe en roerbak 1-2 minuten. Neem ze uit de pan en zet opzij.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg de tomatenpuree, bouillon en azijn toe en laat even inkoken. Roer de spinazie door de saus en laat slinken. Kruid met peper en zout. Schep de scampi\u2019s en de tomaatjes in de pan.
